Meet Your Doula

Born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, I’ve felt called to birth work for as long as I can remember. Supporting growing families isn’t just what I do—it’s something I’ve always known I was meant to be part of.

I’m a certified birth doula with a deep love for babies and a natural ease in caring for them. Whether it’s soothing a newborn or supporting a laboring mother, I bring a calm, grounded presence to every space I enter.

I believe in showing up fully for my clients—physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll often find me staying active and strong so I can provide hands-on support during labor (counter pressure is truly an art, and I’m here for it).

I’m also committed to continued learning and growth, regularly pursuing additional trainings to better serve the families I work with.

Beyond my own care, I’m well-connected within the Utah birth community and can help you build a trusted support network—from bodyworkers and overnight doulas to housekeeping support and nourishing meal prep services.

My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, confident, and deeply cared for as you step into this new chapter.
